We have an easy $5 flat rate for shipping on all orders within the U.S. Orders shipping to Canada will ship for a $10 flat rate.
For orders outside of the United States and Canada, please call 562-331-6241 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are shipped priority mail via the USPS, unless you request faster shipping. Orders are normally shipped the following business day, though no later than 3 days. If you order on Friday, your order will ship the following Monday.
FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day Dir, and 3 Day options are also available. Orders with requests for expedited shipping must be received by 11 a.m. Pacific Time (PST). Orders received after 11 a.m. will be sent the following business day. Please email email@example.com for expedited shipping rates.
We will send an email to the address you provide with a tracking number to let you know when your products or gifts have been shipped.
All of our payments are processed through PayPal. Their security features are top of the line. You can read more about that here.

Our ordering hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
You satisfaction is our top priority! If you aren’t completely satisfied with each product you purchase from us and would like a refund, please follow one of the two steps below:
- If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, please process the return through that location.
- If you made your purchase through our website, please contact us at 888-283-5399 or firstname.lastname@example.org with details on the reason for your return. You will then receive instructions on how to return your product.
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know! We’ll just need an image from you for our files, and then we will gladly send you out a replacement, or refund your money.
Unopened items in new condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after the 14 days.
